We offer flexible subscription plans for both Realtors and Contractors. Realtors pay $29/month for unlimited job postings, while Contractors pay $19/month to bid on jobs. Visit our pricing page for more details.

Absolutely! We use Stripe for all payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of security certification available.

First, add your property to the system with photos and details. Then click "Post New Job" and select the services needed. Set your bidding deadline and optional price limits, then publish. Contractors will start bidding immediately!

Review each contractor's profile, ratings, reviews, and completed job history. You can message contractors directly to discuss the project before accepting a bid. Don't just choose the lowest price - consider their experience and reviews!

Payment is collected when you accept a bid and held in escrow. The funds are only released to the contractor after you approve the completed work. This protects both parties and ensures quality work.

If the work doesn't meet your expectations, you can file a dispute before approving the job. Our support team will review the case and work with both parties to reach a fair resolution. Payment remains in escrow until the dispute is resolved.

Browse available jobs in your dashboard. You can filter by service type, location, and budget. When you find a job that matches your skills, submit a competitive bid with a message explaining why you're the best choice.

Set up your Stripe Connect account to receive payments. When you complete a job and the realtor approves the work, payment is automatically transferred to your bank account within 2-3 business days.

Contractors pay a $19/month subscription fee to access and bid on jobs. There's also a small platform fee (around 5%) deducted from each completed job payment. This covers payment processing and platform maintenance.

Each job has a punch list of services. Check off items as you complete them to show progress. The realtor can see real-time updates. When all items are complete, mark the job as finished to request approval and payment.

When a realtor accepts a bid, payment is collected and held securely by Stripe. The contractor can start work knowing the funds are guaranteed. Once the realtor approves the completed work, funds are released to the contractor automatically.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Any active jobs will continue to completion, but you won't be able to post new jobs or bid on new work after cancellation.
